Evil Kitty is making her move this Spring by transforming herself into a mysterious, yet playful angelic kitty.  While Evil Kitty is still getting herself into trouble, she is showing her softer side this season.  The dress below, named The Blue Bell Dress, is the second dress to be launched for the spring collection.  This baby blue halter dress incorporates a tail wrapped around the neck with snaps that hold the dress up. Along the top sides of the dress are tiny detailed stitches that gives the dress a truly custom made feel.
