Japan Fashion Week day 1 and 2

Japan Fashion Week is finally here. It's only been a month and a half since the NYFW, but it felt like eternity. Did you hear the rumors? JPW is in trouble. The government will only help finance it till 2012. I have to 2 years to get my s..t together and try  show there. I think I can do it. Any investors out there?
After 2 days I already have my favorite designer: Eri Matsui - asymmetry has never looked more beautiful. 

Japanese designers are not afraid to take chances

Japan Fashion Week has ended today. I have to be honest, I didn't know that Japan had their own fashion week. Now that I found out about, I'm fascinated by it. I looked at all the collections and admired the variety of styles and inspirations. I came to one conclusion: "Japanese designers are not afraid to take chances." This is an event I'd love to be part of.
